Antelope Island, Salt Lake City
We picked up the kids from the Airport in Salt Lake City and we went off to Antelope Island, a large island in the great Salt Lake. That place stinks.
Because the lake is so salty, nothing lives in it except brine shrimp and brine flies. No fish, just flies and little bitty wiggly things. All the flies and the shrimp are just washed up on the shore. And they smell.
However, it is really fun to swim, once we got past the grossness. Everybody was super-boyant, we could even float on out stomachs with our heads out of the water.
Sorta fun.
