bday at grammy's
A woman named Sunshine helped us make tie die tee shirts for each of us. It was really fun. We hosed them off at a self serve car wash!

We went to Mt. Lassen and so other places in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was super-cool. The place, until Mt. St. Helens in 1980, was the location of the last volcanic eruption in North America in 1915. Very interesting place, we hiked in the snow, we felt the lava-heated water from the hot springs and we smelled the sulfur in Bumpass' Hell.

The treesort had a bunch of really nice horses, that folks took a trail ride on.

We travelled, via Eureka CA to Oregon and stayed at the treesort, where everything is tree focused. Most of the accomodations are in treehouses. http://www.treehouses.com/treehouse/treesort/home.html

I had a few more pictures from Kayaking. We had to get the pics developed at the drugstore.

We took a ten mile bike ride and then a four mile hike and an hour swim at Granite Gorge in the early inlet area near the Hetch Hetchy Dam in Yosemite. The water was cold.
