Today we visited Polar Caves. It is a place where the glacier strewn boulders are stacked up on top of one another making caves and crannies. Did Doug make it through the Lemon Squeeze?

We met Nancy, Shayla and Shayden, who drove down from Woodsville. It was fun to see them, too. Shayden is now five weeks old and about 12 pounds.

We also met a duck, we called Elvis.
Alexis: "That was fun."

Today we tried a different hike -- different from the ones we usually take. It was about 3.2 miles uphill and then 2.8 miles downhill, about six miles. We had to cross the stream a couple times and Ian didn't even get too wet. The views at the top were pretty nice. Not sure how it compares to Dickey Welch trail.

Alexis: "No comment."
Ian: I saw a toad that was three inches long. I thought I saw a bat.
