Waterlogville Valley
Met Adam, Alexis and Ian in CT and we drove up to WV. It is pouring here and about 50 degrees. The temperature is supposed to crash this evening (15 degrees by midnight) and then snow. The weather is crazy, but it is fun.
We went to the gym and as you might expect, it was crowded. Ian played games and ran around the place, Alexis swam in the pool and hung out in the sauna. Adam did alot there, swam 1000 meters, worked out in the gym, sauna, etc. I rode an exercise bike for 40 minutes and did some other stuff. Except for it being crowded, it was fun.

Back in NYC
Well,
Here I am back in NYC, sitting in Starbucks near my old office building. It is about 50 degrees -- not bad for the middle of January.
Tomorrow I pick up some kids and off to NH for fun in the snow (if it is still there!) for the long weekend.
Sort of tired, but sort of excited.

Dickey Welch trail
We had a great time on this hike at Waterville Valley in August 2005. Alexis, Adam, Ian, Heather, Doug and Bruce. It was on the Dickey Welch trail. A bit steep in places, just enough so that you felt like you did something.
